“Hiwar Iktissadi” is an online programme dedicated to highlighting economic and development issues, promoting partnerships between the public and private sectors, and showcasing the role of national and international institutions in advancing sustainable development in Lebanon and the Arab region.
Through a series of dialogue sessions- in partnership with UNIC Beirut and under the auspices of the Lebanese Minister of Information Paul Morcos - the programme will highlight the efforts of Arab governments in implementing their national development and environmental strategies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030), with the participation of UN experts, the Arab banking sector, regional organizations affiliated with the League of Arab States, international financial institutions, and Arab funds.
The episodes will be aired on a monthly basis beginning February 2026 on Tele Liban and on the digital platforms of UNIC Beirut and Hiwar Iktissadi.
